MLS only participation is available to all brokers who are REALTORS® and have a current, valid Florida brokers license.
 

Agents who are REALTORS® and have a current, valid Florida real estate license may become an MLS Only subscriber if their broker is already a participant in the FCRA MLS.

MLS participation is available to Thompson Brokers. Thompson Brokers are brokers who have a current, valid Florida brokers license but are not members of any REALTOR® association.
 

Agents who have a current, valid Florida real estate license and are affiliated with a Thompson Broker may become an MLS subscriber if their broker is already a participant in the FCRA MLS.
